[Jungle names the huge blue Crystal Stone boulder that nurtured it "Motherstone". Jungle observes the World, discovers that Life will age and die, and worries that Rong will also age and die, so it moves the "Motherstone" to beneath the tree]
[Rong absorbs the Primordial Energy released by the Motherstone, comprehends the supreme Water System Law contained within the Motherstone, continuously Evolves, and grows into a giant tree that reaches from earth to sky]
[The Life Seeds on the planet are also naturally evolving generation after generation. Once, after Jungle awakens from sleep, it finds many small Lives gathered under Rong’s tree]
[Intelligent Lives resembling frogs, they walk upright on two legs, their two front claws incomparably nimble; they can cultivate plants, can make tools to resist natural enemies and hunt meat]
[Jungle feels it is very interesting and quietly observes]
[These Lives regard Rong as the god who created them, regard the Motherstone as the Divine Stone that created them, praising, worshiping, collecting what they believe are valuable treasures and placing them on the Divine Stone as offerings to their god]

[The Creator Civilization and the Exotic Beast Civilization Jungle begin to leave the planet, head toward the stars, and start endless ages of unknown exploration and conquest-driven expansion. They cooperate to deal with powerful alien Civilizations, yet also erupt into civil wars over the distribution of benefits]
[Jungle and Rong both realize the problem: single-minded slaughter, plunder, and mutual internal strife are detrimental to their Civilizations advancing to higher levels. So they cooperate: the Exotic Beast Civilization Jungle is responsible for attacking and destroying alien Civilizations, while the Creator Civilization is responsible for rebuilding and providing powerful logistical support]
[The two Civilizations rapidly rise, occupy an entire Star System, and name it "Deep Blue". They then change strategy, attempting to contact Civilizations from outer Star Systems, beginning attempts at peaceful coexistence with alien Civilizations, mutual learning, exchange, and trade]
[After who knows how many ages of peace, one day, the human Civilization’s fleet suddenly breaks into the Deep Blue Star System and wages war without declaration. The seemingly powerful Jungle and Creator Civilizations are utterly unable to withstand even a single blow in front of humans; their Flourish ends in an instant]
[Rong is beaten back to Seed form by human Civilization]
[The Universe-nurtured, ageless and Undead Jungle, facing a human powerhouse, actually has no power to resist at all; in a single move it is blasted so that its Divine Soul is completely annihilated, refined into a lump of "Law Blood Essence" and sealed into the "Ocean God’s Scepter"]

The Ocean God’s Scepter does not have a fourth type of Ability, that granted to "Jungle".
Probably because of the Dominating Throne, the "Law Blood Essence" that Jungle turned into, sealed within the Scepter, was triggered and merged into the "Vortex Beast Divine Inscription".
It was more like obtaining an Artifact that, in some incomprehensible form, transformed into an Ability Divine Pattern.
The memories were shattered and blurry.
The broken, blurry memories show that in the Universe, all Civilizations are divided into only three simple levels: First, Second, Third.
The two Civilizations Jungle and Creator, whether in Force Evolution or Technology, had both reached the highest Third Level.
The Blue Star System had always had close trade relations with human Civilization; the broken memories show that they were also Third Level.
